Tyler Pedroncelli is the passionate owner of Wine Country Estate Management, a family woman-owned vacation rental property management company located in the heart of Sonoma, California. Together with her mother, Laurie Beauchamp, Tyler brings over 12 years of experience in managing luxury estates in both Sonoma and Napa Valley. Growing up in the vibrant cultures of Costa Rica and England, Tyler offers a unique perspective to her work and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse clientele. A former track athlete, she competed at the national level in the 400 hurdles while attending San Francisco State University, showcasing her dedication and competitive spirit. Now, Tyler and husband PJ Pedroncelli raises their three young children in the beautiful Sonoma Valley, where she balances family life with her professional endeavors. In addition to managing vacation rental estates, she specializes in real estate services, assisting clients in purchasing and selling vacation rentals to maximize their investments. Tyler's commitment to community extends beyond her business; she and her family operate Triple C Ranch Sonoma, an animal rescue and horse ranch dedicated to caring for rescued animals. Through her work, Tyler embodies the values of family, community, and passion for the stunning landscapes of wine country.

Having raised her three children while traveling the world and living in both Costa Rica and England, Laurie brings a global perspective to her work and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. Her experiences have shaped her approach to business, emphasizing the importance of connection and community. In addition to her professional endeavors, Laurie is an avid animal lover and dog rescuer. In her free time, she passionately dedicates herself to animal welfare, embodying her commitment to compassion and responsibility. Working alongside her daughter, Tyler Pedroncelli, Laurie finds joy in building a family business that reflects their shared values and love for the beautiful landscapes of wine country.
