  • Are your properties Pet Friendly?

    The majority of our homes are pet-friendly. If a property is pet friendly, it will be listed in the Description and/or Amenities section on the property listing. Please refer to the pet-friendly status on each individual listing, and know that all pet-friendly homes will have restrictions, non-refundable fees of $75.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Confirmed reservations booked directly with Wild Horse Estate Management which are canceled 90 calendar days before your check-in date are fully refundable. Cancellation 60 calendar days before your check in date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be subtracted from the initial payment. Unfortunately bookings canceled 30 days prior to arrival date are non refundable.

  • Payment Policy

    At the time of booking a reservation directly with Wild Horse Estate Management, we charge 50% of the total reservation cost if your booking date is more than 60 days prior to your check-in date. The remaining 50% of your total balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card on file 30 days prior to your check-in date. Any reservation made within 30 days of your check-in date will be charged the total cost of the reservation at the time of booking. Reservations booked with third-party partners are subject to the booking schedules and policies of the specific partner.

  • What are the check in instructions?

    CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM unless you have made previous arrangements with our team. If you've requested an early check-in and your property is ready before 4 pm, we will contact you to let you know!

    Please let us know if you have any questions about amenities and would like us to provide tips & local recommendations for your stay. Important information on accessing and navigating the property can be found in the Happy Stays X app ( download Happy Stays X app ). If you have questions about anything not listed in the app, or if you are having difficulty finding the information that you're looking for, please let us know right away so we can help make your stay with us as seamless and relaxing as possible so you can make the most of your minutes here in Montana!

  • What are the check out instructions?

    CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00AM. To allow us to properly clean and prepare the property for the next guest, we ask that you please tidy up and leave the property as you would your own. Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Don't worry about stripping the beds – we've got you covered. If you don't mind please start a load of towels in the washing machine.

    Ensure all windows are shut and locked, fireplaces and appliances are off, leave any keys/pool remotes /garage door opener ( if applicable ) on the kitchen counter. Note, there may be fees of up to $1000 for lost keys, remotes & openers.

  • What Supplies are included at the rental?

    We are happy to provide a variety of basic cleaning supplies & toiletries. All of our properties are stocked with other essential home goods and comforts of home. The list below is not complete, as each home is individually owned and therefore may have additional items not listed here. If you would like to know about the specific items stocked in the property for your stay, simply reach out via Wildhorseestatemanagement@gmail.com

    • High-Quality bed linens & towels.

    • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom
      and sink in the home.

    • A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges and laundry detergent are provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests.

    • Minimally, all properties have a drip coffee maker.

  • What airport should I fly into?

    Kalispell - Glacier International Airport ( FCA or GPI )

    Missoula - Missoula International Airport (MSO). Please note it is a 2 hour drive from Missoula and you will need to rent a car.

  • Should I rent a car?

    Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive.

    Make sure to reserve your rental car early! If you’re having trouble finding a car rental, Turo, a carsharing company, can be a good option.

  • What services does your concierge provide?

    We here to make your stay in Montana as memorable as possible, our concierge will assist guests with any vacation planning needs. On a daily basis our team is assisting with restaurant recommendations, dinner reservations, golf tee times, guided fly fishing, snowmobiling, Glacier National Park tours, lift tickets, boat rentals, bike rentals, dog sledding, rafting, horseback riding and so much more.   • When does Whitefish Mountain Resort Open & Close for winter?

  • Should I buy lift tickets or reserve lessons ahead of time?

    Yes! Whitefish Mountain Resort lift tickets go on sale in October and we strongly recommend buying lift tickets & reserving lessons ahead of time! Lessons fill up fast and are in high demand.

    Whitefish lift tickets are usually available starting in October.

  • Where should I ship items for my stay?

    If you’re planning on shipping items that you would like placed in your home, please ship them via UPS or FedEx directly to the home address. Items must arrive during your stay. We cannot be responsible for items shipped before your arrival.
